Outlook opens very slowly

This is often caused by a corrupt OST file (cache). The quickest fix is to create a new profile:
Control Panel > Mail > Show Profiles > Add
If this solves the problem, then set the new profile as default.

Archive folders will have to be added to the new profile in Outlook:
File > Data File Management > Add
